This gas hob and oven had seen over two decades of regular use, with a heavy build-up of baked-on grease, carbon deposits and ingrained grime across both the interior and exterior surfaces. On arrival, all surrounding worktops, flooring and kitchen surfaces were fully protected before work commenced, ensuring the home was left clean and tidy throughout the process.

The oven was carefully dismantled where required, with shelves, trays and removable components taken out for a thorough deep clean using specialist, non-caustic products. Built-up carbon was safely removed from the oven cavity, door glass and seals, restoring clarity and improving overall hygiene. The exterior was then detailed to remove grease marks and restore a clean, fresh finish.

The gas hob received a full strip-down clean, including burners, caps and pan supports. Stubborn grease and burnt-on residues were removed, allowing the hob to be reassembled and polished to a finish that dramatically improved both appearance and usability. All components were checked and left correctly aligned and ready for safe everyday use.
